1 General Terms

cxcricket is an online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. Accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of its services means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

2.1 One Account per Person

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all related accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cxcricket may initiate an identity verification process for any account holder at its discretion at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of your current address. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

Your username and password are strictly personal. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify cxcricket support immediately. The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

cxcricket supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the account must have sufficient balance.

cxcricket only accepts funds from legitimate sources. Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately and the related account will be permanently closed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cxcricket offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed. It is every member's responsibility to read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If a withdrawal is requested after a bonus is issued but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• There may be maximum bet limits on certain games or sections when using bonus funds — details will be provided on each offer's page.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, cxcricket reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.

4.3 Other Promotions

Weekly recharge bonuses, sports boosters, daily live casino offers, and other special promotions have their own applicable terms. cxcricket reserves the right to modify or cancel these offers.

5 Betting and Game Rules

cxcricket offers betting on sports including cricket and football, as well as slots, live casino, fishing games, and various other categories. Each category has its own applicable game rules.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is only considered valid when it has been confirmed by the system. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical issue, cxcricket will make its decision based on its own records.

5.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Errors

Taking advantage of incorrect results or amounts displayed due to a game or software error is prohibited on cxcricket. cxcricket reserves the right to correct errors and void related transactions.

6 Responsible Conduct

cxcricket believes that betting and gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. We encourage all members to read and follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

6.1 Setting Limits

Members can set their own deposit, betting, and session time limits. This can be done through cxcricket support. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; however, there may be a waiting period before a limit can be relaxed.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to temporarily or permanently stop using the platform, they can contact cxcricket support to activate the self-exclusion option. Attempting to open a new account during this period is a breach of these terms.

6.3 Protection of Minors

If there is any risk of a minor accessing an account, the account holder must take appropriate steps themselves. This includes keeping login details private from others and logging out at the end of each session.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

cxcricket reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Involvement in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification

If there are deposited funds in the account before closure, they will be returned to the member, excluding any forfeitable bonuses or fraudulently obtained winnings.

8 Intellectual Property and Data Security

All content on the cxcricket platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and site structure — is protected by copyright law. This content may not be used for any purpose without written permission from cxcricket.

If a dispute arises between cxcricket and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. Members may submit their complaint via live chat or email.

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

To submit any complaint, use cxcricket's 24/7 live chat support or send the details to the support email. After receiving the complaint, cxcricket will communicate its decision within a reasonable time.

10.2 Final Decision

11 Changes and Updates

cxcricket reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members may be notified by email or platform notification, though this is not mandatory.
